The most honest, personal statement about my own self-creation, the truth about myself, is built from the observation of a growing sense of ..

„inequality” is „greater than” „equality”, „being approximate, imprecise” is „greater than” „being equal, exact”
SAD CANTOR | SMUTNY CANTOR
In the scientific tradition, proof is a tool of logical conviction. In art, proof can be intuitive, affective, corporeal. In the work Sad Cantor, I use mathematical symbols to derive a “proof of sadness.” This is not irony – it is a deeply humanistic gesture. It shows that even the most abstract structures, such as infinity, multiplicity, set – have existential consequences.
√3, √5, √11
3, 5 and 11 – these are not random values. They are all prime numbers – indivisible, autonomous, fundamental. Taking their roots leads to irrational, irregular, infinite numbers – and yet deterministic. This is the paradox of mathematical logic: precision leads to the impossibility of closure.
PALINDROM
Each plate contains one column of numbers — from the simple 1² = 1, through 111² = 12321, to the complex 1111111² = 1234567654321. Their arrangement in space (on the plexiglass, one behind the other) creates a spectacular illusion of density in the center, which, on closer inspection, is nothing more than the gravity of symmetry.
RENAISSANCE | RENESANS
Mathematics as Hidden Structure. This is very Renaissance and very contemporary at the same time: treating geometry not as a goal but as a hidden organizing principle.
